Hello, my name is Carlos. I consider myself to be a very simple person, who enjoys the simple pleasures of life.

After high school I chose the military route and I served over 21 years in the US Navy and Marine Corps.

I am now a retired military Veteran. I became rich in diversity and I am a complete people’s person with empathy and sympathy.

I am here at Arise Mentors to continue contributing to the community by being a public servant through supporting the disabled community.

All people have value and purpose, and I strive to provide positive assistance in anyway that I can.
