Variances to State Rules

The Company recognizes that the state rules govern the services it provides and also that alternative methods can sometimes benefit a customer. ARISE Mentors may apply to the state for a variance using current forms and procedures.

Changes in Policies

In the event that amendments or additions are made to the Oregon Revised Statutes or OARs affecting the services, the Company will amend or alter its policies to comply with the new requirements. These amendments or additions will be submitted to DHS for review and approval.

Likewise, if the Company wishes to change or expand the scope of services offered, the revised policies in those areas will also be submitted to DHS prior to implementation.
