Employee/Customer Work Environment

When working with customers, company employees will work to create an environment and atmosphere that is humane, secure, preserves confidentiality, promotes freedom of expression, and rights to communicate with family members, care providers, legal professionals, medical professionals, customer service representatives by visit, phone calls, email, or other venues. Employees should not assist customers violate court orders.

The company only provides services as outlined in ISPs and Service Agreements, but it is the right of customers to request from the CME any changes to ISPs and Service Agreements. Employees and the company do not make those changes, but should make it clear to the customer that those changes can be made through the CME. The customer has the right to decline any service that is outlined in the Service Agreement.
