Conditions for Continued Employment

  • Prior to any employee providing direct assistance to individuals, employee must satisfactorily complete a basic orientation (as outlined in Addendum A), including instructions for mandatory reporting.
  • Within two months of hire, employees must complete training specific to intellectual or developmental disabilities and skills required to carry out assigned work
  • Employees must fulfill all requirements related to continuing education hours.
  • Employees must keep lines of communication open between the employee and the directors and leaders of the Company, including responding to emails, text messages, phone calls, and other correspondence. Employees who refuse to respond to communication from the Company are subject to disciplinary action.
