Employee Training, Supervision, and Competency

To ensure the competence, dedication, and personal qualities of the employees who work with clients, the Company will qualify each employee with adequate and appropriate training for the tasks they will be required to do before working with customers. Evidence of training will be the employee’s understanding and agreement to abide by the following. A total of 24 hours of training will be required of each employee every year.

Our staff will be routinely supervised by the officers of the Company, including:

  • Spot checks on site when customers are being served,
  • Advice on professionalism and ethical dilemmas,
  • Correction for failing to abide by the Company policies, and
  • Consultation on “best practices” in working with customers.

Our staff will be understand and abide by:

  • The “Code of Ethics” of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW)
  • All state and federal statutes and policies related to ODDS.
